The goods are transported on behalf and under the responsibility of the customer if required. shop.vavoulas.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of third-party products that it makes available to its customers, because the goods are received from their suppliers and/or manufacturers, packed in closed boxes. In case of a defective or problematic product, you must contact a representative of shop.vavoulas.gr, and you will be served immediately by replacing the problematic product or getting your money back (See Product Returns). Finally, shop.vavoulas.gr is not bound by the availability of the products, as stated in the online store, but undertakes the obligation to inform users if the availability of a product ordered is different from that indicated on the website.
Availability
In cases where the products you ordered are not available, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time. If you agree to the new delivery time, you should inform us by e-mail or fax that you are aware and wish to keep your order active. If the new terms of execution of the order do not satisfy you, your order will be canceled.
Force majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products or services to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you, so that you can tell us if you wish, these conditions, the completion of your order.
Order cancellation
The order can be canceled in the following cases:
1. Before the order is completed, during the online order process you can remove the quantities of the products from your shopping cart by clicking on the delete button and after updating. At the same time, you can change the quantity of the selected products to zero.
2. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped to your location, you can call 210-8228398 and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
3. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at 2108228398 and provide the details of your order. One of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order and inform you of your options.

The listed prices include VAT.
