Shipping Methods & Costs:
Domestic shipments
All shipments to destinations within Greece are carried out without shipping costs, for purchases over €90, regardless of the volume of the order. For purchases up to €90, the shipping fee is €4, regardless of weight/volume.
Orders are shipped via the “General Post” courier company to the address you have specified.
** During busy periods such as holidays and sales, there may be delays in parcel deliveries by courier companies. The Vavoulas company does not bear any responsibility regarding delays in the delivery of orders.
Shipments to Cyprus:
Shipments to Cyprus are made with Acs Courier and delivered within 5-10 days. The shipping cost is €5 for all orders & the cost of Cash on Delivery is also €5.
Shipments Abroad
For shipments to Foreign Countries, the transport costs will be defined after consultation with the sales department of our company.
*Foreign orders can only be paid by depositing into the company’s bank account before shipping the products and after calculating and adding to the amount, the corresponding shipping costs as the case may be)
Shipping/Delivery Time
The delivery of the products takes place after the confirmation of your order within 1-2 days for areas within Attica and 2 to 4 working days from the cooperating courier company. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure. , which may affect transfer times.
For shipments to Cyprus, the delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 working days.
Clarifications
Although we have taken every care to inform you of any unavailability of a product, there is the possibility that there may be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product. In this case, again, our representative will contact you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible to inform you of the new delivery time of the product you have chosen and it is temporarily in short supply. If the product you selected by mistake is not notified by us that it is permanently out of stock or discontinued then we will again contact you to arrange for the delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order free of charge to both parties and the interest-free return of money that may have been paid within a reasonable time.
The company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products when unstable factors enter the process. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs delays, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes, or any other kind of strikes that affect the movement of goods. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on the new delivery date.

Free cash on delivery throughout Greece! You will pay upon receipt of the products you have ordered at the location you have indicated to us.
Cash on delivery is a secure method of paying for purchases. Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you also pay the amount owed to the employee of the courier company that delivers the order.
For Cyprus, cash on delivery is charged €5.
By Deposit to a Bank Account (transfer):
If the payment method by cash on delivery does not work for you, you can pay the order by bank transfer. In this case, the order remains in a “waiting” state after its registration, until the deposit of the amount is confirmed by our accounting department to the following bank account:
