Our company as well as our online store Vavoulas.gr always makes sure to offer the customer detailed descriptions of the products (size, color, dimension, quality, high-resolution images), to provide him with optimal service. However, suppose a product reaches your hands and for some reason you are not satisfied. In that case, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the sales document and request its replacement with another product.

*A necessary condition is that the product has not been used, washed, worn, or damaged and its packaging is original without being torn or disintegrated. In contrary cases, returns will not be accepted.

Please note that there is no refund to the customer, but a change of the merchandise or settlement of the financial issue by granting a credit balance to the customer for his next purchase within a specified time frame.

Return Process

Return of products can be done in two ways:

Change via physical point of sale. You can change the product if you are near our Patision 92 store. After checking its condition, our employee will help you find the one that suits you. A necessary condition is the presentation of the proof of sale of the product.
After informing us by phone at +302108228398 or via e-mail at [email protected], our representative will help you make your change immediately and without inconvenience. The usual procedure is as follows: You pack the product (and its original packaging) in a larger package that ensures maximum protection during transport, call the local store of the Courier company that was also used during delivery, and ask for the product to be returned to us, together with the proof of transaction. (Information and Address of our company are also written on the transaction receipt). As soon as we receive the product and its condition is examined by the person in charge, we contact you to confirm the change and send the replacement product. Usually, the process takes 3-4 days.

Shipping Cost of Returns/Exchanges

Please note that the costs of returning/changing products are borne by the customer, the cost of which in total amounts to €6*.

*Applies to shipments within Greece

Exceptionally:

Our online store only charges the return shipping costs when:

  • It has been delivered late (except in cases of force majeure).
  • It has been delivered damaged or defective.
  • It does not have the features presented in our online store.
  • If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to you, at the cost of the recipient.
